After finishing a tough week with two Euroleague home wins, Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv will face another big challenge on Sunday (7 pm Israel time, 12 pm EST), this time on the domestic front - A derby in Winner's cup final.
Only five foreign players will be able to take part in the game, and Maccabi's squad will include Lorenzo Brown, Wade Baldwin, Rafi Menko, Roman Sorkin, Guy Pnini, John DiBartolomeo, Jake Cohen, Tomer Agmon, Alex Poythress, Josh Nebo, Yiftach Ziv, and Bonzie Colson.
"I am aware of what a game against Hapoel Tel Aviv for a title means", said Oded Kattash ahead of the final. "We approach this game with all seriousness and respect. We will come to fight and I'm sure the atmosphere will be amazing".
"We are very satisfied with the wins this week in the Euroleague. It was important for us to build momentum before the derby," added the Yellows captain, John DiBartolomeo. "We want to win every game against Hapoel, and this time it's also a battle for a title so it's even more important".
