Doncic scored from deep to tie the game, the locals continued their momentum as they completed a 6:0 run forcing Coach Spahija to call for a timeout down with Maccabi down 33:30. Pierre and Art tied the game at 39 apiece, Reyes scored for the locals but Kane alongside Pierre and Art again gave Maccabi the 45:44 lead. Doncic reacted but Kane ended the second quarter in style beating the buzzer from deep to give Maccabi the 50:48 lead at halftime.
Jackson scored for Maccabi but Doncic tied the game at 52:52, Art was unstoppable in the paint gave the lead back to Maccabi. Thompkins and Campazzo scored back to back threes to start a 15:0 run for the locals forcing Coach Spahija to call for a timeout from which Tyus and Roll took Madrid's lead down to 67:60however Reyes successful free throws ended the third with the locals having the 69:60 lead.
Pierre's points at the beginning of the fourth made it 69:62, but Rudy led a 13:0 run after hitting back to back threes as his team got the 82:62 lead. Zoosman, Kaneand Jackson started scoring again managing to cut Madrid's lead again, and at the end the locals got the 93:81 win.
