Without the injured Jake Cohen, but with a lot of fighting spirit Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv will travel to Munich where they will face Bayern for the 25th round of the EuroLeague regular season. The yellows are currently ranked 10th in the standings with a record of 11:13 just one game behind the German team. Getting the needed win on the road will not only give Maccabi a great push in their playoff quest but also the tie breaker over Bayern. The game will be broadcasted live on Sport5 (Thursday, 21:30 local).

"This is a very important game for us but even if we win this game we need to win the next ones as well", said Coach Giannis Sfairopoulos. "We are playing against an opponent that is fighting for the same goals as we are and we need to be very concentrated and tough. We play at their home court and we will bring the game to our standards and play the way we want to play. The most important thing is to go with
great fighting spirit, to fight for every possession till the end. We need to control the rhythm of the game especially at home they are a good team they only lost four games, they won the game against Fener in second overtime they have good results. It's a tough home court, they are a tough team and if we will be focused and control the rhythm of the game then we have a chance".

"It's a very important game and a win can change things for us we're looking for the win and that's the most important thing", said Yovel Zoosman. "We need to come with energies and start the game well, to manage ourselves the right way and do exactly what the coaching staff is expecting from us and hopefully it will be good".

"We just need to come out and play to our game plan", said an excited Alex Tyus. "We had a short time to prepare but I think we'll be ok, we had good video session and the guys are excited and ready to get this win. Bayern have a
god team, they have a lot of players that play well this year, they had a good season and we just need to play good defense, pay attention to our scouting report, stick to our game plan on defense and that will help us get the win. If we come out and play well defensively and do the things we need to do to get this win we'll be ok".
