Maccabi Fox Tel Aviv won all eight domestic league games this season as they hold a 21 game winning streak going back to last year. On Sunday evening (21:00, live on Sport5 - channel 55), the Yellow & Blue will open the week at their home court in Menorah Mivtachim Arena against a Hapoel Holon club that comes off the departure of coach Sharon Drucker. Matan Harush is excepted to coach the purple squad.
The home front has her own challenges coming into this game. Coach Giannis Sfairopoulos will need to manage his roster without the injured John DiBartolomeo (Chest), Nate Wolters (Hip). Quincy Acy will join them as he will be rested as Sandy Cohen and Angelo Caloiaro are also out of the roster, not being registered to the domestic league. Amit Aharoni, the young point guard out of Maccabi's youth department and son of U-16 national team coach Oren Aharoni, will be registered and available for coach Sfairopoulos.
Full roster: Elijah Bryant, Scottie Wilbekin, Othello Hunter, Omri Casspi, Deni Avdija, Amit Aharoni, Tyler Dorsey, Jake Cohen, Dori Sahar, Yonatan Atias, Tarik Black, and Yovel Zoosman.
