Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv made this morning (Monday) its annual Purim visit to the Dana children's hospital in Tel Aviv. The players, coaching staff and the management were accompanied were accompanied by representatives from Caf? Greg, the Ayanot youth village, the "Shlomit" foundation, the Maccabi weekly show host Yarden Appleboim, and Donny the team's mascot.

It's not just basketball it's also bringing some happiness to people and today we visited the hospital to make the children smile and happy. They know where they are going and when they get there they meet the children and they see them smile", said Maccabi's marketing and community relations vice CEO, Doron Jamchy. "There cannot be a better gift, these are different proportions. We're coming from a situation where we are fighting in games, making it to the top 8, not making it to the top 8, winning or losing, but we're coming here and we see how it affects the kids".
"I'm also very happy to see the players and the coaches are very connected to that cause, they're receiving explanations about what's happening here". Jamchy unveiled. "When they see the smiles upon the children's faces it does something amazing to the parents and that's a remarkable connection".
