Andrew Goudelock is a born and bred scorer. He grew up is the state of Georgia and played College basketball at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. During his senior year in 2011, he scored 23.7 PPG, ranking 5th in the NCAA and surpassing even Klay Thompson, who was ranked 9th. He shot 40.7% from outside and provided 4.2 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game.

Despite his success, Goudelock wasn't drafted in the first round. The LA Lakers picked at number 46 yet he managed to secure a roster spot for the 2012/13 season. He played 10.5 minutes per game and scored 4.2 points. During his sophomore season, Goudelock was sent to the NBDL, where he played for Sioux Falls and Rio Grande. He scored 21.1 PPG and added 5.2 APG and 3.9 RPG. These great numbers allowed him to be named MVP and towards the end of the season, he was promoted back to the Lakers' main roster due to Kobe Bryant's injury. It was Bryant himself who dubbed Goudelock "Mini-Mamba". Goudelock scored a career high 20 points during the playoffs

In 2013/14, Goudelock played for Kazan and was voted MVP in both the VTB league and the Eurocup. He led Kazan to the Eurocup final, the VTB league semi-final and won the Russian state cup. Goudelock made a name for himself in the Euroleague in 2014/15, playing for Fenerbache Ulker. He scored 17 points per game, while shooting 46.1% from beyond the arc. Goudelock led Fener to the final four and earned a spot on the ALL-Euroleague second team.
